S-Line Technologies: Nanomedic Contract Manufacturing in Bengaluru
S-Line Technologies will undertake contract manufacturing of Nanomedic products at its facility in the Jigani–Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru, strengthening the Med-Tech vertical of its GEM manufacturing strategy.
Nanomedic develops advanced wound-care solutions, including the Spincare System, a portable electrospinning platform that applies a protective nanofiber matrix directly onto wounds. Its product platform includes a handheld device and a disposable solution kit. The precise products and manufacturing processes to be transferred to S-Line will follow the agreed scope with Nanomedic.
The manufacturing initiative will include establishing an ISO Class 7 cleanroom, with qualification against ISO 14644-1 and appropriate environmental controls for the agreed production processes. The facility’s quality framework will address documented procedures, process validation, material and batch traceability, testing and controlled product release.
S-Line intends to implement the applicable quality standards and certifications in coordination with Nanomedic. ISO 13485 is the relevant quality-management framework for medical-device manufacturing.
Products manufactured at the Bengaluru facility are intended for export to markets worldwide, subject to the applicable product approvals and destination-market requirements. This initiative will expand S-Line’s capability in controlled-environment Med-Tech manufacturing and strengthen its role as the manufacturing engine of the neoKeiretsu ecosystem for GEM products.
