S-Line is happy to announce that we have added machine capabilities to produce two shot Injection molded parts. Conventional two shot process required physical transfer of parts from one machine to the other, resulting in inefficiencies due to transfer or batch production. S-Line’s new machines with rotary work stations can process two shots in-line. The moulded materials could be a combination of rigid and flexible plastics. This exciting new technology will allow us to produce a wider range of parts. We hope to operationalize this at our MU-C facility located at AMTZ Vizag starting mid-April 2023.
